Coronavirus safety is our top priority at the moment. We want to assure all our patients that we are taking up to date measures to protect you. These are unprecedented times that require equal measures to counteract the effects. As leaders are saying across the world..we are at war! But also resonating equally loud is a message that we will get over this. This too shall pass.

Coronavirus safety measures we are taking to keep you safe

  • Requesting all patients to use hand sanitizers BEFORE entering the treatment room. Here’s a quick video from the Department of health explaining hand hygiene as the most important measure for coronavirus safety.

  • Cleaning beds with a disinfectant after EVERY patient.

This didn’t change as we were already following this procedure.

  • Disinfecting door knobs as much as possible

  • Being extremely particular with our hand hygiene.

We wash our hands after every patient we see. However we have been following the 20 second rule more seriously now that ever!

  • Maintaining our distance of 1.5 meters.

We are ensuring that we stay  at least 1.5 -2 m away from patients while assessing. We are also treating patients face down as much as possible.

  • No to minimal waiting times in our reception area.

We are taking patient into treatment immediately as they arrive and minimizing waiting times.

How you can help us to ensure coronavirus safety measures

team, team work
  • Use hand sanitizers BEFORE entering the treatment room.

  • Make sure you do not touch the door knobs. Let the therapists open and close doors for you.

  • Avoid leaning on the reception desk.

  • Come by yourself for treatment.

  • Cover your nose with a tissue when you sneeze and throw away the tissue. Cough into your sleeve. Use a sanitizer straight after you do this.

  • Please let us know of you have traveled even within Australia. Also if you have come into contact with anyone who has been sick or are looking after elderly people.
