I can totally relate to that.Now I’m a small business owner and a mom. So I was sipping 4 to 5 cups of coffee a day!I was struggling to lose my pregnancy weight. Where is the time to go to the gym 5 times a week. I was just exhausted after my so-called high intensity workouts. They are only supposed to be 20 mins a day but they were bloody hard on my body.
To top it all I was just mindlessly eating. Everytime I passed my kitchen bench, I’d grab a handful of nuts or put a grape in my mouth. And those after dinner cravings! urgh!I mean I know what to eat but I just lost track because I was concentrating on my toddler. But I finally decided that I can’t be so exhausted all the time! I have a business to run and a family to feed! And I’d love to feel sexy again.
